We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we will resend your original products.

Send adequate photo proof to sales@serenanicoleskincare.com if there is an issue with your order within 7 business days of delivery.

  1. Check your inbox for a confirmation email sent to the email placed in your check out window.
  2. Within 7 business days you will receive an email with your tracking number
  3. Utilize your tracking number to see when your package will arrive (It may take 24-48 hours to update) UPS Ground shipping is approx. 1-3 business days*.

*Shipping may occur delays due to nationwide holidays 

Orders in the New York Metro area are eligible for pickup if contacted PRIOR to placing an order online (Use code: PICKUP).Pick up is available Weekdays between 11pm-7pm.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. From the time the order is placed, it takes up to 7 business days to fulfill.
