We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we will resend you products from your order if there are any problems or defects.
Send adequate photo proof to hello@serenanicoleskincare.com if there is an issue with your order within 7 business days of delivery.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email sent to the email placed in your check out window.
- Within 7 business days you will receive an email with your tracking number
- Utilize your tracking number to see when your package will arrive (It may take 24-48 hours to update) UPS Ground shipping is approx. 1-3 business days*.

Orders in the New York Metro area are eligible for pickup if contacted PRIOR to placing an order online (Use code: PICKUP).Pick up is available Weekdays between 11pm-6pm.
All products are handcrafted in small batches. From the time the order is placed, it takes up to 7 business days to fulfill.
