I used to have a lot of cyclical break outs and cystic acne here and there. When I have one or two pop out or a cystic acne spot, I consistently use this serum and it helps the healing so much. It probably shortens my healing by a week. It also provides pain relief. It smells SO good too. It helps to calm at night time. Also a little goes a long way so it lasts forever! I still have approximately half a bottle from like 6 months ago and I use it every day and I spilled it once too.
